This petition has been filed seeking an extension of time to the petitioner to surrender before the lower Court in pursuance with the order dated 19.03.2025 made in Crl.M.P.No.4823 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30849 of 2024.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and time is extended by three weeks for the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as per the order of this Court in Crl.M.P.No.4823 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30849 of 2024 dated 19.03.2025, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
