PRAYER : This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent to recall the Tender Notice No.923/FH/2016 dated 02.08.2016 and re-issue tender notification and follow a selection process in alignment with the principles of natural justice.

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the 3rd respondent to recall the Tender Notice No.923/FH/2016 dated 02.08.2016 and re-issue tender notification and follow a selection process in alignment with the principles of natural justice.

2. The writ petition was filed in the year 2016. The tender notice was issued in the year 2016 and it is brought to the notice of this Court that the tender process was already over and it was concluded within the prescribed time schedule. The tender was opened by the Tender Opening Committee and under these circumstances, the relief as such sought for cannot be granted and the writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, the connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
