ORDER
This writ petition challenges the order in and by which the petitioner was imposed with punishment of rolls on four occasions and the consequential appellate and revisionary orders. All of the four occasions, it can be seen that the petitioner is imposed with punishment such as black marks and increment cut etc,. and the same relating to the period 2013-2014. Page No. 2 of 5
The petitioner has been filed an appeals and reviews. All have been consistently rejected by the authorities.
2. Considering the time line, nature of allegations and ultimate punishment which are not major in nature, I am unable to find any ground to interfere especially, when the petitioner has filed this writ petition with a delay. For the reasons of time line, nature of punishment and nature of allegations, the explanation given and the consideration of the respondents etc., if cumulatively seen, no ground is made out to entertain this writ petition.
