This matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned". When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner pointed out that there is a typographical error in the order dated 20.06.2016.

2.In the last paragraph of the order, while this Court allowed the writ petition on the ground that the impugned order dated 12.05.2015 is passed without jurisdiction, it has been typed as "with jurisdiction". Therefore, instead of the word "with" it should be substituted as "without". 01.08.2016 cse Note:

Registry is directed to issue a fresh amended certified copy. The other part of the order remain intact.
