O R D E R

This petition is filed to withdraw and transfer H.M.O.P.No.437 of 2015 from the file of the Subordinate Judge's Court, Poonamallee, to the file of the Subordinate Judge's Court, Arni.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, both the petitioner as well as respondent who are present before this Court submitted that they have no objection in transferring the case in H.M.O.P No.437 of 2015, pending on the file of Sub Court, Poonamallee to Sub Court, Kancheepuram. Both the parties and the respective counsel made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submission and endorsement made by the parties as well as counsel, without deciding the issue on merits, the petition in H.M.O.P.No.437 of 2015 pending on the file of Sub Court, Poonamallee and HMOP No. 15/2016 *pending on the file of Sub Court, Arni are ordered to be withdrawn and transferred to the file of Sub Court, Kancheepuram. The Presiding Officer, Sub Court, Poonamalee and Sub Court, Arni are directed to transmit all the records pertaining to H.M.O.P.No.437 of 2015 and 15 of 2016 respectively to the file https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of the Sub Court, Kancheepuram, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
