ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file appropriate Interlocutary Application before the Sub-Court, Udumalpet, Tiruppur District, in the pending civil suit in O.S.No.176 of 2020. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
