This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to register an FIR based on the petitioner complaint dated 28.06.2016 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. On the complaint given by one Santha, the third respondent police have registered a case in Cr.No.34 of 2016 for offences u/s 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) IPC against the petitioner and as a counter blast, the petitioner has given the present https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complaint. Hence, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register an FIR.
