Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition to appear before the respondent daily at 10.30a.m imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No. 7014/2022 by its order dated 28.03.2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. C.VASUDEVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.J.SUBBIAH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall report before the investigating officer daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, in Crl.O.P.No.7014 of 2022, dated 28.03.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioners had been complying the condition regularly.
