ORDER

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that charge sheet has been laid before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arakkonam, informing commission of offence under https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Sections 420 IPC @ 468, 471 and 420 IPC in Crime No.599 of

2012 on the file file of Arakkonam Town Police Station.

2. Though there is some delay in complying with the order, this Court is unable to see any willful disobedience of the order and presently, charge sheet has been filed in this case.
