ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the offence under Sections 24(1) of Cigarete and Other Tobacco Products Act r/w. Sections 294(b), 353 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.232 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in possession of 2700 Mawa packets.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any such offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegations against the petitioner and the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the petitioner is involved in four previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and this petition is dismissed.
