This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioners herein in Crl.O.P.No.6619 of 2025, dated 10.03.2025, that the petitioners shall report before the Inspector of Police, Thallakulam Police Station, Madurai everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly; and that the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioners herein in Crl.O.P.No.6619 of 2025, dated 10.03.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Monday and Thursday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 4.
