These petitions are filed by the petitioner / assessee seeking to condone the delay of 320 days in filing the above WA.SR.Nos.128852 & 128853 of 2018 2.Heard Mr.V.Srikanth, learned counsel appearing for the assessee and Mr.A.R.R.Arun Natarajan, learned Special Government Pleader (Taxes) appearing for the Revenue.

3.Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and these petitions are ordered accordingly.
