ORDER
This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 15.02.2023 in W.P.No.4460 of 2023.
2. When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing today, P.Jayaraman, the petitioner who appeared party-in-person has submitted that, the orders of the Court has not been complied with.
3. However, Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 has submitted that, as directed by this Court by the said order dated 15.02.2023, the appeal given by the petitioner before the concerned Revenue Divisional Officer/Sub Collector was taken up and after enquiry order was passed in detail on 21.03.2023. In fact a copy of the order has already been served on the petitioner, who on receipt of the same, has filed copy of the said order in the very typed set of contempt petition itself, therefore the orders of the Court has been complied with, he contended.

4. I have perused the said order dated 21.03.2023 which has been passed by the Sub Collector by conducting an enquiry after giving an opportunity of being heard to both sides and therefore it cannot be stated that the orders of this Court has not been complied with. Even though the petitioner in person has stated that, the order passed by the Sub Collector dated 21.03.2023 is wrong, against which if at all the petitioner has got any grievance, he should file further appeal as stated in the very order itself within 30 days to the appellate authority viz., District Revenue Officer, therefore for that reason this Contempt Petition cannot be persuaded further, recording the same, it is closed. 12.07.2023 Index : Yes / No Speaking Order : Yes / No Sgl 3/4
