The 2nd respondent has filed a counter affidavit, in which they would state as follows:

"That in view of the provisions contained in Article 22 providing for settlement of disputes relating to National Sports Federations through Arbitration Commission and in view of the alleged letter dated 14.03.2020 having not been found in the 2/4

records of Secretariate of Indian Olympic Association (IOA), 2nd respondent has taken note of the disputes alleged by the petitioner in the above noted petition and has notified the same to the Arbitration Commission of IOA. Copy of letter dated 18 January 2021 issued by 2nd respondent sending the above petition to arbitration Commission is annexed hereto and marked as Annexure A-1"
