ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under sections 4(1) (a), 4(1-A) of the TNP Act in Crime No.662 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, the petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in illegal possession of 44 litres of illicit arrack.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is involved in four previous cases of similar nature.

4. Considering the nature of allegations against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is involved in four previous cases of similar nature, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
