ORDER

This petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to register the FIR as against the accused persons based on the petitioner's complaint dated 19.05.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that so far, no complaint has been received either from the petitioner or forwarded through the first respondent.

3. Considering the above said submission, the petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint before the second respondent and on such receipt of the complaint, the second respondent is directed to consider the same and conduct enquiry, within a period of two seeks from the date of receipt of the complaint.
