ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 3 rd respondent to pass orders on the recommendation that has already been made by the 4 th respondent through proceedings dated 23.07.2024 and consequently grant patta in favour of the petitioner with respect to the subject property.

Heard Mr.R.Ramesh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 4. 3.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the recommendation that has already been made by the 4 th respondent through proceedings dated 23.07.2024, there shall be a direction to the 3 rd respondent to pass final orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
