The present application has been filed to permit the applicant/petitioner to amend the schedule to the petition in the above O.P.No.434 of 2022.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the application in A.No.1994 of 2025 in O.P.No.434 of 2022 is ordered as prayed for.

3. Necessary amendments shall be carried out by 30.04.2025.

4. Registry is directed to issue fresh Succession Certificate.
