This Application is filed to amend the words 171 cents out of 4.06 cents and replace it with 171 cents out of 4.06 acres in O.A.No.278 of 2021 in C.S.No.76 of 2009.

2.There appears to be a typographical error in describing the property.The property is originally described as 171 cents out of 4.06 cents. 4.06 cents is sought to be corrected as 4.06 acres.

3.Heard both sides.

4.It is apparant that it is only a typographical error which can be corrected at this stage. Accordingly, the Application is allowed. The applicant is now required to carry out the necessary amendment.
