O R D E R

On hearing the learned counsel for parties, it is agreed that the disputes inter se the parties be referred to arbitration, subject to the objection of the respondent to be examined in the arbitration proceedings that there has already been full accord and satisfaction and really no dispute survives.

2.I, thus, appoint Mr.N.Authinathan, a retired Judicial Officer, as the Sole Arbitrator to enter upon the reference and adjudicate the disputes inter se the parties. As requested, the arbitration proceedings will be conducted under the aegis of the Madras High Court Arbitration Centre and the parties will be governed by the Rules of the Centre.

3.The original petition is, accordingly, allowed, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
