ORDER

Writ Petition is filed praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent not to remove the second petitioner-Association from its office situated in Room No.73, Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Chennai-600 003 contrary to law.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. The Chennai Football Association has been in occupation of Room No.73, Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Park Town, Chennai600003. I consciously refrain from going into the contested matters. Suffice it to say that they shall be evicted only by due process of law.

4. With the above observation/direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
