This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall

report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.3956 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.26727 of 2022 dated 20.03.2023.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the charge sheet also filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.9(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.3956 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.26727 of 2022 dated 20.03.2023 is relaxed.
