ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 498(A) and 316 of IPC in Crime No.258 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for both the parties.
3. The allegation against the petitioner is that, he under the influence of alcohol had beaten and kicked his pregnant wife, which has resulted in abortion of foetus.
