ORDER

Seeking an early disposal of O.S.No.351 of 2019 pending on the file of the III Additional District Cum Sessions Court at Poonamallee, the petitioner is before this Court.

2.Considering the fact that I.A.No.2 of 2024 which is an application filed for receiving an unregistered sale agreement is pending, speedy disposal of the above suit at this stage cannot be granted. Therefore, Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. Though, the Court had dismissed the Civil Revision Petition, however, direction is issued to the III Additional District Cum Sessions Court, Poonamallee, to dispose of the interlocutory application I.A.No.2 of 2024 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
