ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed directing the Respondent Police 1 and 2 herein to execute the warrant issued by the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Palladam dated 20.01.2023.
2. When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that steps will be taken for execution of Non-Bailable Warrant against the accused.
3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court directs the respondents 1 and 2 to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant against the accused as expeditiously as possible and produce the accused before the concerned Magistrate for taking necessary action.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
