JUDGMENT

This suit has been filed to direct the defendants jointly and severally to pay the plaintiff a sum of Rs.5 Crores, being compensation towards the loss of goodwill, for mental agony, hardship, inconvenience suffered by the plaintiff besides financial loss caused to it by the defendants. 2/4

2. Learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this suit.

3. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the plaintiff, this Civil Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

4. Registry is directed to refund the Court fee in accordance with law.
