With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner is a Company manufacturing yarn. Additional Security for electricity connection to the tune of Rs.42,47,026/- has to be paid by the petitioner. The said amount is sought to be paid in instalments. With these facts, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Heard Mr.N.L.Raja, Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner Company and Mr.S.K.Raameshuwar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 4.Mr.S.K.Raameshuwar, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that as per the Division Bench decision of this Court in the case of TAMIL NADU ELECTRICITY BOARD, REP., BY ITS CHAIRMAN vS. MANI SPINNING MILLS (P) LTD., AND ORS, [W.A.(MD) Nos.407 of 2012 etc. batch date 2.8.2012], the additional security amount was directed to be paid in six equal monthly instalments.

5.Mr.Raja, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to pay the aforesaid amount in six equal monthly instalments.

6.Following the Division Bench decision, referred supra, the petitioner is directed to pay the sum of Rs.42,47,026/- in six equal monthly instalments, and the first instalment shall commence from June, 2016 and the respondent is directed to accept the same, along with regular current consumption charges.
