This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction to the second respondent police to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 14.10.2014. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who has taken notice on behalf of the respondents.

first respondent on 14.10.2014, alleging that one Selvaraj, who is the son of second wife of Late Jesuraj D'Almedia, and his wife have entered into her house and attacked her and disconnected the electricity service connection and water connection. Since, no action was taken, the petitioner has approached this Court in W.P.No.11784 of 2015 and this Court, by order dated 22.04.2015, directed to restore the electricity service connection. Though, the prayer of the petitioner is to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 14.10.2014, the learned counsel would now submit that he is restricting his prayer to register a case based on the present complaint dated 21.07.2015, which was assigned C.S.R.No.294 of 2015 and thereafter, no action was taken.

Taking into consideration of the fact that though on the present complaint of the petitioner, C.S.R. number was assigned, thereafter, no action was taken, this Court is inclined to direct the second respondent police to investigate and complete the enquiry on the complaint dated 21.07.2015, after affording opportunity to both parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, proceed further in the manner required under law.
