Order: This petition coming or for Extension of time on the Friday, the Seventh day of January Two Thousand Twenty Two and perusing the earlier order dated 30.03.2021 and letter dated 14.12.2021 vide D.No.12533/2021 from the IV Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, this court made the following order:- The learned IV Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai has requested this Court to extend the time which was granted earlier by this Court.
2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the letter of the Presiding Officer dated 14.12.2021, this Court grants a further time of three months to dispose of the Suit in O.S.No.683/2011 pending on his file.
