ORDER
Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.11.2014 with regard to payment of salary with interest for six months and to pass appropriate orders as per rules. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.Since the prayer lies in a narrow compass, without expressing anything on merits, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.11.2014 relating to nonpayment of wages and other grievances, particularly in the light of the order of this Court dated 05.06.2013 in M.P.No.2 of 2013 in W.P.No.15101 of 2013, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
