RC 43(A)/02 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed in CRL.MP. No.12256 of 2018 dated 18.09.2018 in so far as reporting before the IX Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases, Chennai once in three months at 10.30 a.m. until further orders commencing from November 2018 pending appeal in C.A.NO.788/2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.V.KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SRINIVASAN SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.12256 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.788 of 2017 dated 18.09.2018 directing the petitioner to appear before the trial Court once in three months on the first working day of the particular month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, starting from the month of November 2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been regularly appearing before the trial Court.

3. The learned Special Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by the counsel on either side, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.12256 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.788 of 2017 dated 18.09.2018 against the C.C.No.14 of 2005 is modified in the following manner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

"The petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in four months, on the first working day of the concerned English Calender month at 10.30 am, commencing from May 2019, until further orders."
