This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.4483 of 2022 dated 04.04.2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. Heard both sides.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have complied with the condition imposed by the Court below in Crl.M.P.No.4483 of 2022 dated 04.04.2022, regularly, and they prays for relaxation of the said condition.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit
that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.
5. Considering the above submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by the Court below in Crl.M.P.No.4483 of 2022 on 04.04.2022 is hereby totally relaxed as prayed for in this petition. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
