This petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the complaint in Cr.No.47 of 2014 on the file of the Sub Inspector, Varancharam Police Station, Kallakurichi and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that investigation in Cr.No.47 of 2014 has been completed and Final Report has been filed in C.C.No. 221 of 2014 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kallakurichi. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
