ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the Tamil Nadu Waqf Tribunal, Chennai to expeditiously dispose the I.A.No.156 of 2022 in O.A.No.27 of 2022.

2. Both the respondents appeared and vakalat also filed.

3. Since the first respondent has appeared in person and also admitted that he is the owner of the property (R1), the Tamil Nadu Waqf Tribunal, Chennai is directed to dispose the matter within a period of one week from the date of next hearing.
