O R D E R

This Contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for her wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in WP No.35472 of 2019 dated 27.01.2020.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and in order to substantiate the said submission, the learned counsel produced the proceedings of the District Educational Officer, Avadi dated 04.02.2022. The learned Special Government Pleader also submitted that by virtue of this proceedings, the arrears of salary that is due and payable to the petitioner has also been ascertained and the same will be paid within a period of four weeks. 3.

The submission of the learned Special Government pleader is recorded. The proceedings of the District Educational Officer, Avadi dated 04.02.2022 is taken on file and compliance is hereby recorded. The arrears of salary payable to the petitioner shall be paid within a period of four weeks from today.
