O R D E R

This petition has been filed to set aside the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.706 of 2026 dated 18.03.2026 and modify the conditions imposed in para 6(iii) in C.M.P.No.2565 of 2025 dated 17.09.2025 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Salem.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, even according to the order passed in C.M.P.No.2565 of 2025 dated 17.09.2025, the petitioner was directed to sign before the respondent police daily at 10.00.a.m., until further orders ( for a minimum of 30 days), however the petitioner has complied for 157 days and since the petitioner has not complied for two days, the Court below has rejected the application for relaxation.

3. Taking into consideration of the totality of the circumstances and the ground that the bail was granted on 17.09.2025, this Court is inclined to set aside the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.706 of 2026 dated 18.03.2026 and relax the conditions imposed in C.M.P.No.2565 of 2025 dated 17.09.2025.
