Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to pass final orders pursuant to his show cause notice in Rc. No.9200/I1/2012 dated 12.4.2013.

ORDER

The petitioner sought for a direction upon the first respondent to pass final orders pursuant to the show cause notice issued by the third respondent.

2. According to the petitioner, the third respondent revived the registration of the Association by furnishing certain false information. On the matter being brought to the notice of the first respondent, the first respondent issued a show cause notice to the third respondent on 12.04.2013.Since there was no progress in the matter, the petitioner has approached this Court.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, the petitioner who is the then Secretary of the Association passed away recently. In the light of the fact that the petitioner has filed this writ petition in the capacity of Secretary, the question of bringing his LRs on record does not arise. Hence, the writ petition is closed leaving it open to the new office bearers to pursue the matter, if they so desire to do. No costs.
