ORDER

The petitioner is a Circle Supervisor and is eligible for promotion to the post of Assistant Manager. The petitioner's name was included in the panel prepared by the second respondent as per the proceedings dated 13.10.2014 and is at Sl.No.111. Since he suffered the punishment of censure, as per the order dated 06.06.2015, his name was not considered for promotion to the post of Assistant Manager.

2.In these circumstances, the petitioner filed a revision petition under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983 against the punishment of censure on 06.07.2015. Now, the petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to issue a direction to the first respondent to dispose of his revision petition. 3.It is stated that the petitioner is denied promotion due to the punishment of censure though he was included in the panel. Therefore, a direction is issued to the first respondent to dispose of the revision petition filed by the petitioner, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
