This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 06.05.2023. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

The case of the petitioner is that his mother has executed a Settlement Deed dated 03.12.2002 bearing Plot No.356-C in his favour. Therefore, the petitioner had given a representation to the Tahsildar for the issuance of a separate patta. But the same has not been considered by him. Hence, the petitioner had filed an appeal dated 06.05.2023 before the respondent.

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 06.05.2023 and pass appropriate orders, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
