O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed in paragraph 7 of the order dated 21.03.2024 in Crl.O.P. No.6696 of 2024, wherein it was directed that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties, each for a like sum, and one such surety shall be a Government servant.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in paragraph 7 of the order dated 21.03.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.6696 of 2024. The condition is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two ordinary sureties, each for a like sum.

4. Accordingly, this Petition stands modified to the above extent.
