Petitions praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner appearing before the Learned Judicial Magistrate - III, Salem, every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders by this Hon'ble Court Crl.M.P.NOS.10110, 10109 & 10108 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.NOS.12421, 12414 & 12424 of 2018 dated 10.08.2018. Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VENKATESH ADVOCATE [ IN CRL.MP.NO.11657 OF 2018 ] and of M/S.LAW VISION [ IN CRL.MP.NO.11658 OF 2018] and of M/S.S.PERIYASAMY Advocate [ IN CRL.MP.NO.11659 OF 2018 ] for the petitioner and of MR.C.IYYAPPARAJ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR [ IN ALL THE PETITIONS ] on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioners filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.12421, 12414 & 12424 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Section 420 of IPC in Crime No.28 of 2007, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly and that since the petitioners are working and their families depend upon their income only, they find difficulty in complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. Hence, they seek for relaxation.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed on them.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
