This writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.7.2015 seeking permission to conduct the dance programme at Sri Mariamman Temple situated at Veerappa Naicken Patti Village, Harur Taluk, Dharmapuri District on 29.7.2015.
