ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c), 20 b (II) (c), 29(I) of NDPS Act 1985 in Crime No.12 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner herein seeking anticipatory bail in the case of cultivating Kanja with a recovery of 23.400 Kgs of Kanja from his residence.

3.The case of the prosecution is that based on the information, the respondent police apprehended one Andi on 26.02.2021 and from his possession recovered 2.100 kilograms. Further based on the information given by the said Andi, the house of the petitioner was searched with the presence of his wife and 23.400 Kilograms of Kanja recovered from the resident. The petitioner who had gone out at that time absconded since then. Earlier he moved anticipatory bail petition before this Court. Considering the fact that the Kanja recovered from them was a commercial quantity, the petition was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dismissed on 29.03.2022 and again the petitioner herein is before this Court seeking anticipatory bail. There is no change of circumstance in this case and the arrest of the petitioner is inevitable for proper and complete investigation.
