ORDER

The petitioner filed writ petition claiming to be the owner of the properties, viz., plot Nos.11 and 12 measuring 2400 sq.ft each situate in Srinivasa Nagar, Medavakkam village, Sholinganallur Taluk comprised in Survey No.262/1 part, in Kancheepuram District after purchasing the same under two registered sale deeds dated 7.6.2010 from T.Rajeswari and M.Manikavelu respectively and seeks for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

relief of issuance of patta in respect of the lands covered under the sale deeds, for which the petitioner also has submitted a representation to the 2nd respondent - Tahsildar, Sholinganallur Taluk. But till date, finding no response, the petitioner has come to this Court.

2. Mr.S.Pattabhiraman, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

3. This Court, considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, directs the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.4.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of cop of this order.

4. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. However, there is no order as to costs.
