The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the first respondent to consider his representation dated 21.08.2017, wherein and whereby he sought for the release of the sale deed dated 25.07.2017 registered as Document No.5524/2017. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that even though such document was registered, the respondents are not releasing the document. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the respondents, more particularly, the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's application. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, by directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representations https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
