O R D E R
The grievances of the writ petitioner is that the insurance policy amount has not been settled.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Life Insurance Corporation Housing Finance Limited made a submission that, the insurance policy taken by the writ petitioner was assigned in favour of the Housing Corporation at the time of availing housing loan. However, the writ petitioner has settled the entire housing loan amount in the year 2013. But, he has not collected the original documents from the housing corporation.
3. The grievances of the writ petitioner is that, the insurance policy amount has not been settled though he has paid the premium to the Life Insurance Corporation of India. It is brought to the notice of this Court that, Life Insurance Corporation has not approached the respondent in the present writ petition.
4. However, the learned counsel for the housing corporation informed this Court that, the insurance policy amount also had been settled in favour of the writ petitioner and a sum of Rs.1,07,980/- had already been credited in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
name of the writ petitioner bank account. This being the factum of the case, the writ petitioner is at liberty to approach the authorities if any other grievances exists for him. In respect of the present writ petition, the insurance policy amount had already been settled. Thus, no further adjudication is required.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
