ORDER

The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in Crime No.119 of 2025 by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6391 of 2025 on 06.03.2025 with one of the condition that the petitioner shall execute the sureties within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2.The contention of the petitioner is that the learned Judicial Magistrate cum Munsif Court, Thiruvennainallur, who also holds additional charge as Judicial Magistrate No.1, Villupuram and Juvenile Justice Board, Villupuram, sits only three days a weeks at Villupuram. Consequently, the petitioner had only two working days in a week to comply with the Court's order. Despite producing the web copy of the order within the prescribed time, the time for execution of sureties had expired, due to which, the petitioner could not able to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court within the stipulated time, Hence, prays for extension of two weeks time to comply with the order.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on both sides, this petition is ordered and time is extended by

two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, to execute the sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate cum Munsif Court, Thiruvennainallur, as per the order of this Court in Crl.O.P. No.6391 of 2025 dated 06.03.2025.
