ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to effect patta transfer into the petitioner's name from that of his vendor G.Kannan based upon the sale deed dated 12.10.2018 pertaining to the property namely vacant land measuring an extent of 1610 square feet out of 2800 sq.ft., bearing Plot No.4, comprised in Surrvey No.514/1, Patta No.9685 situated in Annai Theresa Nagar, 91, Kundrathur Village and Taluk, Kancheepuram District.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 13.07.2023 with a request for name transfer of patta based on the sale deed dated 12.10.2018, however, the same is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.07.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
