This petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 07.09.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that this petitioner has sent the complaint to the Commissioner of Police, by post. Hence, the petitioner is directed to give fresh complaint in person to the 3rd respondent and on such complaint being given, the 3rd respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
