This Court has reserved orders in this matter on 10.11.2016. On representation of learned senior counsel for petitioner at 10.30 a.m., the revision was taken up on 30.11.2016. Today, the matter is listed under the caption 'for orders'.

2. This revision arises against the order of learned Judicial Magistrate I, Kancheepuram, passed in P.R.C.No.29 of 2015 on 22.08.2016, whereunder a non-bailable warrant was issued against petitioner.

3. By way of interim order dated 10.11.2016, this Court has required the petitioner to appear before the Court below on or before 31.12.2016. Petitioner has complied with such requirement on 05.12.2016. In the circumstances, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.

Taking into consideration the submission of learned senior counsel for petitioner, this Court directs learned Judicial Magistrate I, Kancheepuram, to dispose of P.R.C.No.29 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. 21.12.2016 Index:yes/no Internet:yes/no gm
